Objective of course

Understanding the mechanisms of heat and mass transfer and analogy between heat and mass transfer mechanisms techniques implementation. Students with basic creation of mass transfer applications.

Analysis and solution of problems of heat and mass transfer.

Course Contents

Analysis of heat transfer problems, One dimensional, steady heat conduction problems, the two-dimensional, steady heat conduction problems, Unsteady heat conduction problems, Heat Transport Problem Analysis, Channel within the forced flow, channel other than the forced flows, the natural transport phenomena, heat exchangers Analysis, Boiling and by means of condensation heat transfer, mass transfer, the similarities between the mass and heat transfer, mass transfer by diffusion, mass transfer systems, including analysis, time-dependent mass transfer problems.
