Objective of course

Computer based drawing of machine parts, by showing examples of design and simulation, numerical controlled transmission counters and manufacturing issues will be discussed.

Course Learning Output

Computer-aided design, computer design, use of CAD / CAM, computer-aided drawing. CAD drawing techniques in the design of machine elements, CAD drawing programs, determine the elements of drawing, CAD drawing work, the importance of graphics standards. Computer graphics, 2D geometric transformations, 3D graphics processing, the projection operations, the definition of curves in CAD environment, the mathematical description of surfaces, with the help of computer graphics, CAD / CAM applications. Finite element method. Design studies. Numerical analysis methods. Computer-aided manufacturing
