Objective of the Course

:

The aim of this course is displaying process and equipment, discussing the behavioral of material during operation, investigates properties of process condition and material. In the fabricating methods production, efficiency and quality are the most important factor. So it is aimed to compare various methods for a certain material or product in order to select the most suitable technical.

Content of the Course

:

To change form of single and much crystal metal, consolidate, effect of Bauschinger, process later elastic effect annealing, assembly, polygonisation, again crystaling. Surface aspects, textures, ordered and fibrous structural. Plasticity knowledges, flowing, consolidate, energy of shape changing. Technology en mechanical of forming plastic shape. Basting and pressing in cavalier and mould, extrution rolling, tube manufacturing, drag of wire and stick, process of cavity, evaluation of force end energy requirement.
